LIVING AREAS & BEDROOMS : FLOORS: Vacuum (entire home, including baseboards) Mop (Steam mop not included) CLEANING & DISINFECTING: All surfaces (counters, shelves) Light switches & door knobs. HOME DUSTING: Window sills, etc.. (chandeliers not included). Blinds Shutters, Ceiling Fans, Blades Dusted & Wiped Down (curtains, vertical blinds, plastic blinds & air ducts vents not provided). Baseboard (dusted and wiped down if needed). Doors Frames (walls and ceilings not provided) BATHROOMS: Clean walk-in shower & tub (including box), Clean and disinfect toilet in and out, Clean sink area and facets, Vanity countertop, wipe down cabinet fronts and drawers, Clean Mirrors, Inside Cabinets & Drawers (closets included, walk-in closets with furniture count extra room). KITCHEN: Clean and disinfect all countertops, cabinets and drawers, Inside and around sink area, backsplash, Stove top, hood vent, Small Appliances In/Out: microwave, coffee machine etc.. Bigger Ones: dishwasher, washer, dryer outside, Inside Oven (turn on self-cleaning prior arrival, 1 per home. Oven needs to be cold). Inside Fridge (select fridge size, 1 per home). Cancelation Policy

Lia’s Cleaning Dream Team— CANCELATION POLICY Once you’ve made an appointment with Lia’s Cleaning Dream Team, we have now returned to the appointment time exclusively and respectively for you. If you cancel less than twenty-four (24) hours from your appointment time, you will be charged 50% (half) the amount of your agreed rate for the canceled appointment. We kindly ask for a 48 hours notice of cancelation or preferably the most notice you can provide once you know you will not be able to keep the appointment time. We are happy to accommodate you with a rescheduled appointment; however, that will be subject to availability.
